Windsor blue from Whitestone
New Zealand's most decorated cheese. This creamy blue has a golden soft buttery texture with a silky smooth mouthfeel. The unique blue culture dissects the rich curd combining to produce a delicate deep flavour which intensifies with ageing. Named after the township of Windsor in the heart of North Otago downlands.
